“GEOSTROY HOLDING” began its history in August 2008, when “Tamanneftegas” required development of a design for soil reinforcement under bulk oil tanks of the Taman oil-loading park. That time LLC “Nauchno-technichesky center “SEVKAVSEISMOZASCHITA” was established. The company specialized in geotechnical design and survey works. One of the first projects covered an apartment house of “RenKapStroy” in 40 Let Pobedy Street, and housing estate “Triumph” in Aerodromnaya-Gavrilova Street, Krasnodar. The Company kept making progress widening its structure and developing new activity directions, including reinforcement of soils and slopes, correction of building tilt, foundation repair, and structural inspection. September 2010 was noted by establishment of “GEOSTROY HOLDING”, the main objective of which was to apply the new innovative method of soil reinforcement, i.e. pressure injection cementation. This method was developed in the search of solution for complicated engineering-geological conditions on construction sites constructors had to face with. This method was applied in the course of construction of the following objects: gas pipeline “Vladikavkaz – Tskhinvali”, “Tuapse Bulker Terminal”, “Olympic Surgery Center in Adler”, housing estate “Vremena Goda”, housing estate “Sports Village”, housing estate “Svetlograd”, housing estate “Garantiya”, housing estate “Portuguese Karavella”, housing estate “Kazansky”. Fulfillment of all these projects would not be possible without a team of experienced professionals. The founder of the Company Tagir Akhatovich Lukmanov, Candidate of Geological and Mineralogical Science, Assistant Professor, Honorary surveyor of the Russian Federation, has been running it for the last 10 years. Elizaveta Nikitina, Anastasiya Straystar, Mikhail Kirsanov, Tatyana Pauk, Vadim Kovtun, and Gennadiy Nedbaylo being from the very origin of the Company are still its reliable employees.
